When you arrive at Le Sallay, you’ll immediately feel at home in its beautiful and cosy rooms. In the main building, a spiral staircase leads to spacious bedrooms and their luxurious bathrooms. By the way, due to a historic anomaly, there is no room number 3 in our hotel... so please don’t let that confuse you when you’re choosing a room.

The various 18th century motifs are inspired by the beauty of the local nature: the Bertrange forest, the Pouilly vineyard, the mighty river Loire...

Combined with the great age of the castle, their effect is to immerse our guests in the delightful atmosphere of southern Burgundy.
